I NEEDED THIS
I created The Courageous Middle because I needed it, and it didn't exist.
In my late 40s, I found myself asking questions I hadn't expected to be asking. About my career. My life. Who I was now. What I wanted next. I had people who loved me, and I still felt incredibly alone in it.
What followed became a decade-long journey of getting to know Lisa. Not becoming someone new, but getting to know who I was now, what mattered to me and what I wanted my life to feel like.
The Courageous Middle grew out of that journey.
I wanted women to have what I wished I'd had. A place to ask the questions, have the conversations, and realize they're not the only ones feeling this way. A place to explore what's possible for their lives now, with women who understand what they're going through
